At a time when the professional uses growing marketing methods to promote a product or service, it was necessary for the legislator to intervene to protect the consumer in consumer contracts concluded by the consumer without careful thought and without having sufficient experience and knowledge to ensure the validity of these goods or to benefit from these services that he later discovers are not suitable for his needs. This research deals with the consumer's right to withdraw from contracting in consumer contracts to avoid their negative effects that may affect the weak consumer in the contract who lacks experience and knowledge compared to the professional's experience in the consumer contract, in addition to the absence of anything that protects the interests of the consumer in the general theory of the contract, so the laws resorted to protecting the consumer by establishing this right.
