Abstract

Investment is of great importance in the economy of countries, as it is considered an important tool in managing the economy and an important factor in achieving economic development in the country, which prompted the Iraqi legislator to include this right in the highest document in the country, which is the constitutional document, and then paved the way for legislation to take over the process. Organizing it, as investment is considered one of the economic rights guaranteed by the Iraqi Constitution of 2005, given the importance of the right and its role in the economic and social development in the country.
