Abstract

The class struggle between the toiling bourgeoisie and the aristocracy that lives in blissful luxury was the theme that dominated the novel A Crazy Night. Conflict reveals the positive and negative state of the characters. As well as the class disparity between society. Here, the conflict grows through a strategy organized by the narrative element and the technique of description when they clash in the events of the novel and form a single focus.

The research was divided into a theoretical section and two sections. The theoretical section dealt with revealing some terms: conflict - class - cultural criticism - minority - bourgeoisie - aristocracy. The first section dealt with the bourgeois minority and the limits of the weak personality. While the second section dealt with the aristocratic majority and the influence of the strong personality. Then the research concluded with the most important results we reached.
