The current study aimed to shed light on networking between the various agencies providing social services, because of its significant impact in increasing the effectiveness of these services and their access to the largest possible number of members of the local community (Baalbek-Hermel Governorate). All of this serves the purposes of the needy groups, and the services are more Touching their needs and then developing the social care services provided.
Networking is considered one of the fundamental factors behind the sustainability of the work of non-governmental or civil organizations, as it is an effective means of exchanging knowledge and information about needs, solutions, experiences, and benefits, and contributing to their dissemination and circulation.
Through the results of the questionnaire that was filled out with the agencies providing social care services in Baalbek-Hermel and interviews with social workers, the researcher concluded that networking in the governorate is still within the level of exchange, and associations and organizations face many difficulties that prevent networking, and achieving it requires coordination requirements. Administrative, financial, training and technological.
