The current study sought to clarify the reality of the contributions of institutional entrepreneurship, reveal the constraints that obstruct it, and then explain the relationship and impact between those contributions and environmental constraints at the level of the Dohuk Municipality Directorate. The questionnaire was relied upon as a main tool for collecting data on the phenomenon under study, noting that it was subjected to tests of validity and reliability. The results indicated its validity, and it was distributed to a random sample of (40) individuals from the job cadres in the Dohuk Municipality Directorate.
The researchers adopted the descriptive approach in analyzing the study variables. And their dimensions within the framework of a number of statistical methods, including (frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, response rate, correlation, and regression). The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the contributions of institutional entrepreneurship exist just as the constraints that obstruct it are effective. These conclusions led the researchers to rush to present a set of proposals.
