This study examines Indicatives, which is one of the most important areas of pragmatic theory. It encompasses personal, temporal, spatial, and discursive indicatives, in addition to social indicatives. The study aims to clarify the meaning of indicatives and their various types, relying on traditional models from the narratives of Al-Tha'labi in his book "Al-Kinaya wa Al-Ta'reed," edited by Osama Al-Bahiri, Khanji Library, Cairo, Egypt, 1st edition, 1418 AH - 1997 AD. The study utilizes a descriptive-analytical approach and draws upon relevant literature on Pragmatic theory, as well as dictionaries and other sources in the practical aspect of the study.
