Abstract

The researcher raised an important topic in her study entitled: “The psychological effects of addictive” and its impact on the life of the individual and society as a whole. It started from the problem of the psychological effects of addictive on the mental health of addicts as well as on their physical health, depending on the type of addictive. The study came up with many recommendations, the most important of which are: educating society about the psychological effects of addictive through awareness campaigns and educational programs. She also stressed the importance of providing support and psychological treatment to people suffering from addictive, thus encouraging researchers to conduct scientific and psychological research in this field.

The researcher concluded several recommendations, the most important of which are: urging governments, institutions and health centers to develop policies and treatment programs to address the psychological effects of addictive and improve mental health care, and the necessity of taking preventive measures. She called for encouraging the search for effective means of preventing addictive and creating a healthy psychological and social environment that limits and reduces spread the addictive.
