This research aimed to diagnose the reality of electronic management in the field under study, as well as to explain the importance of electronic management in achieving strategic success, the awareness of the importance by the leadership and workers in the study community, and the importance of applying the principles of electronic management, in addition to explaining the relationship between electronic management and the dimensions of strategic success. To achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of workers numbering (40) individuals. Statistical methods were used using the SPSS program. The results of the statistical analysis in the investigated field revealed that there was a positive moral relationship between the research variables at the macro and micro levels. This indicates the importance of electronic management in the strategic success of the organization. The results of the regression analysis also showed that there is a significant effect of electronic management on the dimensions of strategic success in the organization under study. The greatest influence was on the dimensions of environmental analysis, strategic decision, and leadership capabilities. This indicates that electronic management has an effective role in analyzing environment for the organization, and making effective strategic decisions with the support of administrative leadership.
Based on the results of the analysis, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented, perhaps among them the need to pay more attention to the strategic decision taken within the organization, and to find leadership with sufficient knowledge and skill to diagnose the situation about which a decision is to be taken.
