Abstract

This research aims to investigate and study the verses relating the story of Abraham in Surah Al-Anbiya, using the comprehensive commentary on Al-Kashshaf. The research employs a descriptive-historical approach, and my methodology involved meticulously verifying the manuscript to ensure its accuracy and freedom from errors and distortions after accurate copying. The research is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the author's life: his name, lineage, nickname, and title, his life, his teachers, and his students. I also studied the manuscript, verifying its title, confirming its attribution to the author, explaining the author's methodology, outlining my own approach to verification, and describing the manuscript copy. In the second part, I presented a scholarly critical edition of the text, commenting on its contents to ensure it reflects the author's intended meaning.


The research concludes with a summary of the most important findings and recommendations.
