The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Teaching and Learning Process

Abstract

The world is currently witnessing a profound transformation across various sectors due to the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Education has emerged as one of the key fields most influenced by this technological revolution. This research aims to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on the teaching and learning process by examining its applications in improving teaching methods, personalizing educational content according to learners’ abilities, and enhancing the efficiency of teachers and educational institutions. The study also highlights the pivotal role of AI in developing intelligent learning environments that foster interaction, improve the quality of education, and promote learner-centered approaches. The research adopts the descriptive–analytical method by tracing the theoretical concepts and practical applications of AI in education and analyzing relevant literature and previous studies. The findings indicate that integrating AI into education contributes to improving educational outcomes, developing learners’ critical and creative thinking skills, and supporting policymakers in formulating modern educational strategies based on digital transformation.
