Al-Bouti and his approach in the book Fiqh al-Sirah al-Nabawiyyah and Mukhtasar al-Khilafah al-Rashidah

Abstract

     This research sheds light on a brief overview of Sheikh Al-Bouti and his approach in writing the Prophet's biography through the book Fiqh al-Sirah al-Nabawiyyah and Mukhtasar al-Khilafah al-Rashidah and the statement of the deductive approach and clarifying the method followed by Sheikh Al-Bouti in deduction by extrapolating the attitudes, judgments and behaviors from which judgments are derived, and I have followed  The researcher used the analytical method in this research, and reached a set of results, the most important of which is that Al-Bouti's method allows ease and ease for the researcher and the reader by examining the issues derived from Sheikh Al-Bouti, as he used to mention the incident and then draw conclusions from it.
